Natalé Mastoroudes graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) with a BSc (Hons) Management Sciences. As a student, Natalé was particularly active in matters of social responsibility. It was at this time that she gained a deeper understanding of Human Rights and became aware of Human Rights violations on a global scale. As an active member of the Student Union Media Group, she took part in many student initiatives in matters of diversity, the environment, and more specific charitable initiatives. After her studies, Natalé spent some time in London working as a Human Resources Consultant and obtained her MREC certification in 2008, making her an expert in UK Recruitment legislation and in her spare time, volunteered at London job centres giving free career advice to the registered unemployed. She relocated back to Cyprus in 2010. She is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner for Europe, Middle East & Africa working for Amdocs, a large technology multinational. Natalé also helps lead the company’s Cyprus Community Care Initiative.
