Chryso Frangoudi was born and raised in Nicosia. She studied Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessalonica and then took postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology (M.Sc at the University of Nicosia). She has experience in matters of migration and has worked voluntarily in NGOs in the areas of refugees, unaccompanied minors and matters of trafficking. She has also taken part in European Programmes for the psychosocial support of asylum seekers and refugees, as well as in matters of Assisted Voluntary Return. She is involved in the management and implementation of European Programmes with the Non-Profit Organization Aequitas and is a trainer for human rights education programmes.
